My room was clean and had great in-room facilities. the staff helped facilitate transport to and from the airport. This was helpful. i also found the location perfect, as it was only a short walk to the main square.
I noticed the room was quite small. This was the only minor inconvenience.

the hotel provides close access to the city center. the hotel's location is near all attractions and places of interest. it was only a short walk to the main square and wawel castle.

The team were super cute. I found them friendly . the front desk answered my questions and gave me info about the area, which i appreciated. the shower was powerful too. That's always a plus for me.
road work outside made getting there difficult. the taxi dropped me off around the corner, and i had to walk through mud to get to the hotel entrance, it was a messy arrival.

The staff displayed constant kindness. They seemed genuinely willing to assist. my room was quite spacious. the bed offered really good comfort. I had the best sleep. breakfast choices seemed good, and coffee tasted fantastic.
Access felt difficult. i wasn't informed about ongoing building works ahead of time. the room had a strange smell. It was quite noticeable.
